Plan Your Day Thunder Bay is Thunder Bay’s premium bridal event. Not just another wedding show, we bring together the most talented and elite wedding professionals to meet and mingle with newly engaged couples.
For the first time, our unique location allows vendors to (exclusively) sell and sample right from their booths, ensuring there is no better place to promote your business to the most qualified prospects.
 
 The event is sure to provide brides with the best possible wedding show experience and we want you to be a part of it.

A Plan Your Day Thunder Bay seminar or workshop is your chance to teach couples what you wish they knew, prove that you are a leading expert in your field, and empower attendees to make educated decisions when booking in your field. No sales permitted during presentations (bookings can be made immediately following the presentation).

Meal Sponsors

Give qualified prospective clients a delicious taste of what you have to offer as they experience your culinary expertise first-hand. Breakfast and Lunch sponsorships can be purchased in full (provide complete meal for full-day attendees) or half (provide part of the meal). Meal sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Finalized attendance numbers will be provided by PYD one (1) week prior to event
